About this product
A filament end left loose works its way under the winding and locks the spool solid — usually discovered halfway through the next print. These printed clips spring over a spool flange and hold the tail against it, with a serrated jaw that grips without kinking the strand. Small enough to leave on the spool permanently, and cheap enough to put one on every spool you own.

The tail sits in a moulded channel rather than under the jaw, so the clip grips the flange and not the filament. No flat spot, no kink at the end.
